I don't know about the plants but Todd's native nursery has zero customer service. I never received any package from them and I emailed twice, once 2 weeks after I ordered the plants and again after week and a half after they said it had shipped them. Now I get an email asking how I like the plants and when I check the UPS tracker it says they never got past creating a label. It was never shipped. And no responses to my emails. Maybe it's a flat out scam.
